Ours, whose real name is Charles Souchon, is a French singer-songwriter known for his subtle, melodic style blending acoustic pop and chanson. He established his own musical identity with original songs such as Le Grand Noir avec une chaussure blonde and L’Amour en Morse, which have become signature pieces of his repertoire.

He is also involved in the family project Studio Saint-Germain, alongside his father Alain Souchon and his brother Pierre Souchon. This project features acoustic, stripped-down reinterpretations of classic Souchon songs, including Foule sentimentale and La Ballade de Jim.
