Alain Musichini was born on the 8th July 1962 in Avignon. He took an interest in music at a very early age; he started playing the accordion at the age of six and then studied music. He takes great care with his playing, so that his group has a maximum of “punch”; His audacity and his hard work to achieve his ends go some way to explain his success, a success which has been borne out by his winning the World Accordion Cup in the United States, before he started winning other awards. Alain Musichini expresses universal musical sources with subtlety and personality
